Nancy is an independent fine art and antique appraiser serving the San Francisco Bay Area. She is owner of Bosch Appraisal and Estate Services and specializes in appraisals of antiques, fine art, decorative art and residential contents for insurance, estate, charitable contribution, and equitable distribution. She also specializes in consultations for downsizing, sale, and liquidation of personal property for trustees and heirs. Bosch Estate Services also conducts onsite estate sales.
First as a collector,later as a dealer, Nancy has been actively involved with buying and selling antiques since 1975. She has extensive knowledge and experience with antique and collectible American and European furniture, American wicker furniture, china,pottery, porcelain, crystal, sterling silver, silver plate, linens, crystal and pressed glassware, costume jewelry, decorative art, folk art, European and American contemporary and period fine art, early California Art, Asian antiques, oriental rugs and
carpets, lighting, kitchen collectibles,garden and architectural antiques, French, German and American antique and collectible dolls, cast iron toys, and general collectibles. She also has experience with Japanese and Chinese ceramics, furniture, decorative objects,African art and artifacts, antique prints and maps.
For ten years Nancy co-owned and operated an 8,200 square foot antique collective of 45 antique dealers in Northern California. Later she started her own very successful antique consignment shop. Upon selling these businesses, in 1996, she completed the Core Courses to become Accredited with the International Society of Appraisers. In 1997 she started Bosch Appraisal & Estate Services and became a full-time appraiser. She has
also completed both the Antiques and Residential Contents Course and the Fine Arts Course with ISA.
Her love of antiques and people combines to provide Nancy with a career she truly enjoys. It is her mission to provide the best possible appraisal experience to her clientele.
