Charles C. McCracken is an accredited member of the International So-ciety of Appraisers (ISA). He earned his Doctorate in Education (D.Ed.) from Rutgers the State University of New Jersey, his Master’s Degree in counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in the humanities. Charles and his wife, Faith, have twenty-five years’ experience as antiquarian art and rare book dealers. Charles is also a professional cellist.
